These terms cover your use of the FVLM app and this website. By using FVLM, you agree to them.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use FVLM on devices you own or control, for your own creative use.

Your content

You own the photos and videos you shoot with FVLM. We claim no rights over them, and — because they never leave your device — we cannot access them. You are responsible for what you shoot and share.

Acceptable use

Don’t use FVLM to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, and don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or tamper with the app except where the law expressly allows it.

Film packs & purchases

Additional film packs may be offered as one-time in-app purchases through your app store. Purchases follow the app store’s terms; refunds are handled by the store.

Intellectual property

The FVLM name, app, colour science, and this site are ours. The licence above does not transfer ownership of any of it.

No warranty

FVLM is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we’re not liable for lost images — keep your own backups of anything you care about.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
